How to Disable an NLT-10B Tag¶
Overview¶
The NLT-10B Tag can be disabled to prevent location sharing. Once disabled, the device will no longer report to Google's Find My Device network, and the owner will not receive location updates.
If you receive a notification on your Android device indicating that an NLT-10B Tag has been detected nearby and you do not recognize this device, you can trigger the tag to ring through the system notification. After locating the device, follow the steps below to disable it.
Once disabled, the owner will no longer receive location updates and the tag will not trigger unknown tracker alerts.
Disabling the NLT-10B Tag¶
Method: Press and Hold Sequence¶

Locate the button on the front of the NLT-10B Tag.

Quickly press the button ten times.

Press and hold the button for five seconds.

Two confirmation beeps will sound, indicating the tag is disabled.

Re-enabling the NLT-10B Tag¶
To re-enable the tag:

Press the button once quickly.

A "ding ling ling" sound will play, confirming the tag is re-enabled.
